Citimark Management Co., Inc. is a full service real estate and construction company based in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Citimark has acquired, developed, managed, leased, and constructed real estate throughout the Midwest for itself and clients with a gross value of over one billion dollars.

Founded in 1982, Citimark began as a Central Indiana focused third-party construction company. In the late 80's and early 90's, Citimark pioneered the City's growth in the northern suburbs with the development of the Allison Pointe Office Park, a Class A, 112 acre master planned office park, and the development of the Northeast Business Center, a 130 acre master planned industrial park.

Continuing the Company's evolution and responding to the opportunity presented by a challenging economic environment in the early 1990's, Citimark partnered with New Boston Fund, a privately held REIT, to focus on acquiring value add assets in Central Indiana. As a direct result of the successful joint venture with New Boston Fund, the companies expanded their footprint in the Midwest to include properties in Illinois, Ohio and Missouri, eventually creating a portfolio totaling over 3.5 million square feet.

Today, Citimark leverages a vertically integrated operating platform and a long history of succeeding through decades of real estate cycles to pursue both principal investing opportunities and providing a full scope of services to third party clients.
