1982Citimark begins operations in Indianapolis as a General Contractor, providing third party construction services to commercial, industrial and institutional clients.
1984Citimark begins development of Northeast Business Center, a 100 acre industrial park located at 96th street and I-69 in Indianapolis.1987Citimark completes the infrastructure, 200,000 sf of Class A office buildings and the sale of 33 acres to third party users by 2003.
1987 - 1995Citimark has completed construction projects valued in excess of $500 million.Highlights include significant projects for DePauw University, school buildings for Indiana townships, and health care facilities for St. Vincent hospital.
1995 - 2004New Boston Citimark acquires 2.5 Million square feet (valued approx $250M) of commercial real estate in Central Indiana, Cincinnati, Chicago, and St Louis.
2005-2006Citimark disposes of a number of assets within the New Boston joint venture. Among them: the 200,000 sf AllisonPointe portfolio; the 520,000 sf Northeast Business Center portfolio; a 250,000 sf Chicago Class A Office property, and a 320,000 sf Class A four building office park in Indianapolis.
2007Citimark celebrates its 25th year in business.
2010Citimark acquires Castle Creek I & II, located at 86th and Allisonville Rd. Castle Creek I & II include two office buildings totaling 130,000 sf.2011Citimark acquires a 90,000 sf distribution facility fully occupied by FedEx. Development of a three building 24,000 sf Garden office development begins at 86th and Allisonville Rd.
2012Citimark is hired to provide property management services to Castle Creek Corporate Park (320,000 sf) on the northeast side of Indianapolis.Citimark acquires Haverstick Office park a two building 84,000 sf office complex located at Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis IN.
2013Citimark reacquires Northeast Business Center, a 520,000 sf industrial portfolio it sold in 2006.
2015Citimark opens Cincinnati, OH office.Citimark disposes of Castle Creek I & II, located at 86th and Allisonville Rd. Castle Creek I & II include two office buildings totaling 130,000 sf.
