Bill Carlstedt

Bill began his career with Duke Realty and became a partner and Executive Vice President responsible for development and construction operations.  He left to form Citimark in 1982 and has directed its development, construction and investment activities into Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Chicago.

Bill has been an active member of the Indianapolis community and real estate industry as a member of U.L.I. and serving on several boards including the Indiana Health Facility Financing Authority, 500 and 400 Festival Associates, Dynamo Soccer Teams of Indianapolis, I.Y.S.A./ Soccer Start, BOMA and Fifth Point Properties.

Bill received a B.S. from Bradley University.
