Kurt Kreilein
Kurt Kreilein is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property management operations for Citimark. Mr. Kreilein has 14 years of commercial real estate experience, which currently encompasses a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial space in Indiana and Ohio.
Kurt’s responsibilities include all aspects of operations for 25 buildings; tenant relations, capital improvements, budget preparation, financial reporting, and coordination of construction projects and negotiating with outside vendors. Mr. Kreilein has been involved with due diligence for Citimark acquisitions since joining Citimark in 1998.
Kurt is a graduate of Indiana State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting. He is an active member of BOMA and holds an Indiana Real Estate Salesperson’s license. |
